Mark's work as a VFX DP and VFX Supervisor is informed by his early work in New York as a theatrical lighting designer, lighting director, and gaffer. A stint working for Doug Trumbull led to a long association with Richard Yuricich, for whom Mark started supervising and shooting visual effects. Mark's education and experience designing and building specialty aerial and vehicle camera rigs for IMAX cameras has served him well in developing single and multicamera methodologies for shooting visual effects plates and elements. Mark has worked on every continent but Antarctica and in nearly every format. Having started in live action, he's made a career of interfacing smoothly with first unit directors, DPs, and crews.
