Life Voice
Provides mental health workshops, refined workplace mental health policies and procedures, resilience-building workshops and webinars, and making national crisis support resources easily accessible to the public. Staff trained in ASIST and have counselling backgrounds specializing in various areas such as addictions, sexual abuse, family violence, mental health, suicide, etc.

Hope for Wellness
Help Line offers immediate mental health counselling and crisis intervention to all Indigenous peoples across Canada.  Experienced and culturally competent Help Line counsellors can help if you: want to talk, are distressed, have strong emotional reactions, are triggered by painful memories.  Counsellors can also work with you to find other wellness supports that are available near you
