Former President /Executive Producer of Alliance Atlantis’ VFX/Animation Division for eight years and bringing over twenty years of experience to founding of Yowza Digital/Switch VFX six years ago.  Pete Denomme is an award winning producer of numerous projects ranging from long-format to commercials – nearly fifty awards and recognitions in visual effects and animation categories internationally, starting with a Gemini for best visual effects for the mini-series, Nuremberg then an Emmy Nomination for the mini-series, Haven.
 
Pete brings traditional and 3D animation experience to visual effects production and is known for his skill in putting together teams that can tackle complex projects. With Yowza Pete oversaw a large portion of the work on Disney’s last two features Winnie the Pooh and The Princess and the Frog.
 
Pete’s career uniquely bridges 2D and 3D character animation and visual effects, animation Executive Producer credits include AAC Kids / BBC co-production, Ace Lightning and the Carnival of Doom, VH1, Hey, Joel well as live action 3D dinosaur series DinoSapein. 
 
Switch VFX has completed VFX on over thirty feature films and forty television movies and series in the six years from inception.
 
Pete is a member of the Visual Effects Society and the Academy of Canadian Cinema and Television, National Academy of Media Arts & Sciences (NAMAS) and The Alliance for Children and Television (ACT)
